Job Overview

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations while providing comprehensive support to Human Resources, invoicing, cash management, and general clerical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain an efficient work environment.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and staff.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, site visits, and training sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR duties.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Assist in managing the company's cash flow and budgeting processes, providing reports as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, invoicing, and financial management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
