Position Overview

Site Manager for After School Programs | Aiken County

The Quest Zone Afterschool Program, recognized for excellence in afterschool services, is in search of a dedicated full-time Site Manager for our esteemed after school initiative in Aiken County. This role offers a balanced schedule with no evening or weekend commitments.


Compensation: $15-$17 per hour, commensurate with experience and educational background.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily functions of the afterschool program, including administrative, operational, and logistical aspects.
  • Ensure the effective execution of our educational curriculum, featuring age-appropriate activities and settings.
  • Collaborate with families to deliver optimal care and educational experiences for their children.
  • Utilize your business acumen, sales, and marketing expertise to enhance and manage the afterschool program.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a childcare environment or afterschool program.
