Key Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders in setting up and maintaining the bar area, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Restock the bar with liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and other necessary supplies to maintain a well-stocked area.
- Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Help with opening and closing tasks, such as inventory management, cleaning, and preparing the bar for the next shift.
- Quickly respond to bartenders' requests for assistance during busy periods, providing timely support to maintain efficient service.
- Clear and clean tables and bar area, disposing of waste and glassware appropriately, and maintaining a tidy environment.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages, prioritizing the health and well-being of customers and staff.
Requirements:
