Job Title: Busser/BarbackAt Duffy's Sports Grill, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser/Barback to join our team. As a Busser/Barback, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and that our dining room is clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist servers and bartenders in providing exceptional service to our guests.
- Maintain dining room cleanliness, including scraping and stacking dirty dishes, wiping tables, and cleaning counters and shelves.
- Set tables and ensure that all necessary items are available for guests.
- Locate items requested by guests and maintain adequate supplies of items needed throughout the shift.
- Complete all running side-work throughout the shift, including cleaning and restocking refrigerating units and maintaining bathroom cleanliness.
- Keep the floor clean by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming, and dispose of trash on the dumpster and placing new bags in trash bins.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach to coworkers and customers.
