Barback Assistant

Job Summary:

As a Barback at Tom's Watch Bar, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and an unforgettable experience. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Barback Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the bar area in a neat and orderly condition at all times
• Assist bartenders in checking the bar for condition of cocktail napkins, empty glasses, and cleanliness
• Replenish ice as needed and ensure bartenders have sufficient supplies throughout their shift
• Operate glasswashers as necessary and put clean glassware in its place
• Sweep and mop all bar areas at the end of every shift

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with bar staff

Physical Demands:

• Repeated bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to identify and implement proper solutions
• Repeated lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Continuous standing to stock and clean bar and lounge areas
