Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Acute Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Covenant Health Plainview. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our ICU West unit.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Texas Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire date.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire date.
- 1+ years of RN experience.
