Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to ensure timely interventions and optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and promote a culture of transparency and respect
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Texas Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of RN experience in a critical care setting
