Job Description

As a key member of our team at Capstone Realty Professionals, the Dispatch Maintenance Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties. This position is responsible for managing incoming work orders from tenants and owners, assigning tasks to qualified vendors, and following up on work orders to ensure timely completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and managing incoming work orders
  • Assigning work orders to qualified vendors
  • Following up on work orders to ensure timely completion
  • Reviewing pricing and estimates to ensure owners receive the best value
  • Communicating with owners regarding maintenance needs
  • Receiving approval from owners prior to work being completed
  • Assisting with move-ins and move-outs
  • Documenting work completed
  • Interviewing vendors and maintaining relationships

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Great phone skills
  • Good communication, writing, and follow-up skills
  • A propensity to document everything
  • The ability to work independently yet desire to be part of a producing team
  • Experience in residential or commercial property management
  • Knowledge of Google Suite products
