Job Summary:

This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and provide high-quality care to patients in need. As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications, implementing recovery treatment plans, and supporting medical and psychosocial care for members served.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer oral and injectable medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Implement recovery treatment plans for members served, including reviewing and updating plans as needed
  • Support medical and psychosocial care for members served, including providing input via reporting observations and concerns and asking appropriate questions
  • Act as a team member and provide input via reporting observations and concerns and asking appropriate questions
  • Review and implement physical crisis and deescalation techniques
Requirements:
  • Washington RN License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 2 years of recent nursing experience
  • Prior Psych nursing experience preferred
