Customer Service Advocate

At Tommy Car Wash Systems, we're seeking an experienced Customer Service Advocate to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to our franchise partners, resolving technical issues, and promoting a positive customer experience.
About the RoleWe're looking for a skilled professional with 2+ years of experience in a mechanical or network environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be process-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll work closely with our team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and provide top-notch customer service.
In this role, you can expect:
- To work in a fast-paced office environment, providing support to our franchise partners via phone, email, or chat
- To troubleshoot technical issues, using established procedures and best practices
- To collaborate with our team to resolve complex technical issues
- To participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
