Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for our clients. You will work closely with our team of RBTs and caregivers to ensure the successful implementation of our programs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement individualized behavior-analytic programs for clients
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform program development and implementation
- Supervise and train RBTs and caregivers on program implementation and data collection
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless program implementation and client progress
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program implementation
- BCBA certification
- 2 years of experience in the ABA field (preferred)
- Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record
- Willingness to travel 75% (preferred)
