Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for our clients. You will work closely with our team of RBTs and caregivers to ensure the successful implementation of our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement individualized behavior-analytic programs for clients
  • Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform program development and implementation
  • Supervise and train RBTs and caregivers on program implementation and data collection
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless program implementation and client progress
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program implementation
Requirements
  • BCBA certification
  • 2 years of experience in the ABA field (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record
  • Willingness to travel 75% (preferred)
