Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team at Woodcreek Provider Services LLC. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors, answer questions, and provide information about our services
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Check patients in for their visit and ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information
  • Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for patients and visitors
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
