About the Role
We are seeking a board-certified Medical Oncologist/Hematologist with a strong background in treating various types of cancer. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a passion for patient care, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients with various types of cancer, including hematological malignancies
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and other modalities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Stay current with the latest medical research and advancements in cancer treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
- Board certification in Medical Oncology through the American Board of Internal Medicine
- 3+ years of post-training experience practicing medical oncology
- M.D./D.O. degree
- State medical license
