Role Overview

As Reflex continues to expand, we are seeking Operations Support Specialists dedicated to enhancing our mission of transforming retail work. You will play a crucial role in delivering timely assistance to our retailers and 'Reflexers' (our workforce) across various markets. When challenges arise, your expertise will ensure that everyone receives a tailored, swift, and seamless resolution through multiple communication channels, primarily text and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to individuals, especially in challenging scenarios, ensuring every Reflexer arrives safely and punctually.
  • Deliver multi-channel assistance (via phone, SMS, email, and Slack), while devising innovative solutions to immediate challenges.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Address issues while adapting to high-pressure situations and time constraints.
  • Assess issues and escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution.
  • Act as an advocate for Reflexers and retailers by enhancing every aspect of the Reflex experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refine processes and improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support capacity; experience in logistics is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work during weekends, evenings, and certain holidays.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent formal training, certification, or work experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail; capable of identifying potential issues swiftly before they escalate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with both internal team members and external customers through various channels.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as HubSpot or Zendesk.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a startup culture.
  • Willingness to embrace challenges and learn from setbacks; capable of working independently and navigating ambiguity.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Highly adaptable; open to change and eager to influence the future of our organization.
  • A passion for reimagining retail is a plus, especially if you have prior retail experience.
