Position Overview:

The Clinical Psychology Program Supervisor will balance their time between delivering therapeutic services and overseeing the administrative responsibilities linked to program management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, provide individual and group therapy, perform psychological assessments, and offer case management services as needed.
  • Serve as the primary supervisor for Psychologists, Social Workers, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Program Support Assistants within the designated program.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all team members involved in the program, addressing any issues related to program operations.
  • Provide direct clinical and administrative oversight to the team, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategic goals and plans to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Utilize data-driven quality assurance processes to monitor program outcomes and resource management.
  • Engage in peer review processes to evaluate the quality of services provided.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to track treatment effectiveness and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Identify and promote best practices in clinical and administrative functions, offering training to enhance staff competencies.
  • Manage disciplinary actions as necessary for program staff.
  • Consult and liaise with various programs within Behavioral Health services and the broader community.
  • Deliver clinical services to Veterans through both Tele-Mental Health and in-person sessions.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions based on identified needs.
  • Participate in research initiatives as appropriate, contributing to the advancement of clinical knowledge.
  • Involve in training programs for interns and students from various disciplines.
Work Schedule:

Standard work hours will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications:
