Position Summary

We are seeking both part-time and full-time Baristas to join our vibrant team at Just Love Coffee Cafe. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverages to our valued customers.

Role Responsibilities

Performance Expectations
  • Successfully manage shifts while meeting targeted service times.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu offerings.
  • Contribute to sales growth by consistently enhancing the customer experience and supporting local marketing initiatives.
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Lead Barista.

Training and Development
During your initial period, you will receive comprehensive training through a structured manual and hands-on guidance to ensure you are well-versed in our operations and standards.

Compensation Details
Your role and compensation may be adjusted at management's discretion to align with business goals, with any changes communicated prior to the next payroll cycle.
