Position Summary:
Europa Village is seeking a Shuttle Driver and Bell Person. The successful candidate will possess a strong passion for service, coupled with an outgoing, self-motivated, and energetic demeanor. Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embody and uphold the core values of Europa Village
- Safely transport guests to their desired locations within the property
- Exhibit outstanding customer service skills
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information to guests regarding Europa Village, the property, and nearby attractions
- Maintain the safety of passengers at all times
- Drive with caution and care
- Assist guests with boarding and alighting from the shuttle as needed
- Ensure the shuttle is clean and well-maintained, both inside and out
- Help guests with their luggage to and from their accommodations
- Be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
Expectations:
- Foster a collaborative environment by assisting colleagues and guests readily
- Communicate the story and values of Europa Village effectively
- Treat all associates and guests with respect and dignity
- Arrive at work with a polished appearance, wearing a clean and pressed uniform
