Job Summary

Medline Industries, LP is a leading nationwide supplier of medical, surgical, and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, nursing homes, HME providers, surgery centers, physician offices, and home care/hospice settings. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operator to contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities:
  • Material Receipt and Organization: Catalog, record, and organize materials received at the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient order assembly.
  • Order Fulfillment: Fulfill worksheets or tickets for customers by reading production schedules, order forms, and requisitions, and locate and gather products for distribution to production workers, assembly lines, or shipping areas.
  • Product Movement and Storage: Assemble, build, wrap, sort, and transport customer orders, utilizing hand trucks, carts, dollies, forklifts, order-pickers, and walkies as needed.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Communication and Literacy: Ability to speak, read, and write English with proficiency, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, and lift for extended periods daily, with a maximum lift capacity of 50 pounds.
  • Work Schedule: Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day, up to 6 days a week, with flexibility to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Experience: 1-3 months related experience and/or training

The anticipated salary range for this position is $20.25 - $28.25 Hourly. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
