Logistics Integration Solutions (LIS) is seeking an experienced Network Operations Center Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot network-wide performance issues, including high and low-level network performance monitoring
  • Investigate and resolve production and non-production software, application, and service issues
  • Provide 24x7x365 operational and administrative support for our network and business infrastructure
  • Manage incoming and outgoing support requests related to the network and business infrastructure
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers and teams to drive and coordinate issues to resolution within defined SLAs

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of NOC experience
  • Cisco networking skills
  • SolarWinds monitoring experience
  • ServiceNow or other ticketing systems experience
  • Ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks
  • Strong troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cisco CCNA
  • CompTIA
  • Knowledge of network technologies, connectivity, protocols, and security

Work Environment:

This is a contract position with a flexible schedule, including varying shifts to provide 24x7x365 coverage and support. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
