Financial Collections Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Collections Specialist to join our team at MSCCN. As a key member of our Accounts Receivable Department, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer accounts in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
About the Role
In this role, you will handle collection calls and correspondence with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, processing customer refunds, and reviewing account adjustments.
You will work closely with sales, operations, and senior management to accelerate the collection process and reduce delinquency for assigned accounts. Your ability to communicate effectively and follow up with stakeholders will be crucial in achieving your goals.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $22 - $24 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, an incentive program, and 401K contribution.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced collections professional with 3 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in the construction industry. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
