We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our Residential Treatment programs and Foster Care services at Pathway Family Services LLC.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to our residents, while also managing daily operations, budgets, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of treatment plans in collaboration with clinical staff.
- Oversee the recruitment, licensing, and support of foster homes.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and seek funding opportunities to support program growth.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as safety standards.
- Conduct staff evaluations and provide training opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Build relationships with community partners and represent the program in various forums.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences.
- At least three years of experience leading residential programs, with a minimum of five years of leadership experience.
- Strong skills in managing both people and finances.
- Ability to live within 30 miles of our facility and make a positive impact in our community.
