Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Repairer to join our Residential team at Bonavia at Veteran's Park in Shawnee, KS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire portfolio.
  • Maintain property interiors, exteriors, and site in a clean and repaired condition using materials and equipment.
  • Continuously strive to increase working knowledge of the property.
  • Perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property.
  • Assist and maintain landscape and irrigation systems.
  • Portray a clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance.
  • Must be honest, trustworthy, enthusiastic, and team/project oriented.
  • Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good resident/tenant relations and service.
  • Must have the ability to work independently, direct others, and participate fully in staff meetings and designated training programs.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum one year of maintenance experience in a related field or formal training from a trade school is required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
  • Able to work full time.
