Job Title: Senior Supplier Quality Manager

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 per annum.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our client as a Senior Supplier Quality Manager. As a key member of the supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring that suppliers meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and research and development, to develop and implement quality management systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplier quality management, with experience in developing and implementing quality management systems, leading supplier audits and assessments, and resolving supplier-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure supplier compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Lead supplier audits and assessments to evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Resolve supplier-related issues through effective communication and collaboration with suppliers
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality management initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in supplier quality management, with a strong focus on quality system implementation and auditing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
