">We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our medical devices, with a focus on sterilization and biocompatibility processes.
">Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements">
- Lead sterilization and biocompatibility activities, including process validation and testing">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks">
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality metrics and test results">
- Provide training and guidance on quality procedures and best practices">
- Participate in supplier qualification activities, including audits and evaluations">
- Manage relationships with suppliers and testing laboratories">
Requirements:

- BS in Engineering or related field, 12+ years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience">
- Master's degree and relevant industry experience preferred">
- Strong knowledge of sterilization, microbiology, cleanrooms, and biocompatibility standards and regulations">
- Excellent communication and project management skills">
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and accurately">
- A strong understanding of quality system requirements and risk management standards">
- Familiarity with good manufacturing practices and laboratory protocols">
Salary:
">$182,000 - $193,000 annually, depending on experience
