About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our outbound program and drive pipeline growth. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and engage with new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage AI-powered tools to automate and optimize our outbound program
  • Work closely with our Head of Revenue Marketing to co-own pipeline creation and growth
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to identify and engage with new business opportunities
  • Manage and train a team of Business Development Representatives to support outbound efforts

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of exceeding outbound pipeline generation targets at a startup
  • Experience working with AI-powered sales tools and automation platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
