- Deliver Ambassador services in alignment with service level agreements, standard procedures, and professional branding, while adhering to applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to align with client objectives.
- Continuously seek to enhance service performance and client experience.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, team objectives, and client goals.
- Support vendor procurement and service requirements as necessary.
- Adhere to all client contract stipulations and strive to meet or surpass key performance indicators.
- Manage ticketing and follow-up through the CMMS system, facilitating the creation and dispatch of work requests to technical staff, vendors, or service providers, and ensuring resolution of outstanding issues.
- Assist with requests related to JLL Management and Operations audits.
- Oversee and coordinate third-party vendor performance, including tracking work order completion, validating invoices, and addressing unresolved matters.
- Ensure site operations are conducted in accordance with established policies, procedures, and contract scope.
Relationship Management
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with both client and JLL representatives, as well as service providers.
- Support the Facility Management and Engineering teams with ongoing responsibilities, including budget requests, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct regular assessments of service delivery to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies, and performance metrics.
- Assist in achieving facility-specific cost savings to contribute to overall account savings.
- Support requests related to JLL Management, Operations, and Financial audits, aiding in tactical planning for regional facility objectives.
- Provide assistance to guests, visitors, and employees at client locations.
- Help manage work order requests for technical staff, vendors, or service providers for maintenance needs.
- Support facility managers with issues related to building services, including janitorial, food service, and conference room management.
- Coordinate and support events, meetings, and conference facilities as needed.
- Act as a liaison with clients, visitors, and guests, collaborating to resolve issues with professionalism and a service-oriented approach.
- Demonstrate leadership and creativity in delivering service solutions.
- Understand and adhere to service level agreements, striving to meet key performance indicators and achieve favorable client satisfaction ratings.
- Continuously seek to improve processes and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Additional responsibilities may include reception support, mail services, office supplies management, and safety and security support.
- Serve as the onsite point of contact during emergencies or after-hours situations.
Safety and Compliance
- Identify safety hazards, conduct assessments, and propose elimination strategies.
- Adhere to safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness and safety in work areas.
- Ensure compliance with local ordinances, codes, and laws, completing all required safety training.
- Follow policies for the safe storage and disposal of materials.
- Support compliance with JLL's minimum audit and operational standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators and service level agreements, planning corrective actions as needed.
- Enforce company policies regarding safe and efficient operations.
- Implement and oversee hazard control measures and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, vendor management, or facility management.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a strong commitment to hospitality.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of excellent service.
- Ability to work independently with effective prioritization and time management.
- Capable of working with diverse teams, demonstrating respect and accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and process management capabilities.
- Adaptable to new technologies and applications.
Compensation: Estimated total compensation for this role ranges from 55,900.00 to 81,120.00 USD annually.
