  • Manage ticketing and follow-up through the CMMS system, facilitating the creation and dispatch of work requests to technical staff, vendors, or service providers, and ensuring resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Assist with requests related to JLL Management and Operations audits.
  • Oversee and coordinate third-party vendor performance, including tracking work order completion, validating invoices, and addressing unresolved matters.
  • Ensure site operations are conducted in accordance with established policies, procedures, and contract scope.

Relationship Management

  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with both client and JLL representatives, as well as service providers.
  • Support the Facility Management and Engineering teams with ongoing responsibilities, including budget requests, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Conduct regular assessments of service delivery to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in achieving facility-specific cost savings to contribute to overall account savings.
  • Support requests related to JLL Management, Operations, and Financial audits, aiding in tactical planning for regional facility objectives.
  • Provide assistance to guests, visitors, and employees at client locations.
  • Help manage work order requests for technical staff, vendors, or service providers for maintenance needs.
  • Support facility managers with issues related to building services, including janitorial, food service, and conference room management.
  • Coordinate and support events, meetings, and conference facilities as needed.
  • Act as a liaison with clients, visitors, and guests, collaborating to resolve issues with professionalism and a service-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrate leadership and creativity in delivering service solutions.
  • Understand and adhere to service level agreements, striving to meet key performance indicators and achieve favorable client satisfaction ratings.
  • Continuously seek to improve processes and enhance overall client satisfaction.
  • Additional responsibilities may include reception support, mail services, office supplies management, and safety and security support.

  • Enforce company policies regarding safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, vendor management, or facility management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a strong commitment to hospitality.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of excellent service.
  • Ability to work independently with effective prioritization and time management.

Compensation: Estimated total compensation for this role ranges from 55,900.00 to 81,120.00 USD annually.
