The Risk and Identity Solutions (RaIS) Program Management Office is pivotal in ensuring the effective rollout of our RaIS offerings into various markets. Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be instrumental in:

  • Executing and overseeing critical projects for RaIS's flagship product initiatives.
  • Providing a structured approach throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring Product owners and stakeholders achieve their goals.
  • Leading cross-functional work streams that drive multiple concurrent efforts.
  • Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to manage project scope, secure necessary resources, and enhance operational processes.
  • Balancing competing priorities, leveraging synergies, and fostering partnerships among cross-functional teams.
  • Identifying and resolving challenges, removing obstacles to facilitate project execution.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in product development or complex project management.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies and capable of fostering new working practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate challenges effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects.
