Job Title: Strategic Account Manager - Detroit

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at L'Oreal USA. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key salon accounts, driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key salon accounts
  • Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated success in outside sales or beauty industry experience
  • Strong commercial orientation and business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Extensive experience in and familiarity with the professional beauty industry
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and other design/presentation applications
