Product Marketing Manager, CTE

At McGraw Hill, we're creating innovative learning platforms that impact millions of students and educators worldwide. As a Product Marketing Manager, CTE, you'll play a key role in accelerating student success through effective learning tools and content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage market research and customer data to support growth and success for our CTE solutions.
  • Contribute to our AP and electives marketing effort.
  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing initiatives, including market research, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Development teams to bring the voice of the customer to our marketing strategies.
  • Define target audience and personas to inform product and feature vision.
  • Review and translate market research to understand customer needs and integrate them into our marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing and/or Product Management in the K-12 educational publishing industry.
  • Understanding of the secondary curriculum market and the CTE market and customer.
  • Experience with successful product launches.
  • Strong ability to influence at all levels within the organization.
