Head Lifeguard

Job Summary:

The Head Lifeguard is responsible for providing lead supervision for Lifeguards, monitoring activities at the pool, and ensuring the safety of guests and staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead supervision of Lifeguards and monitor pool activities
• Conduct safety checks of the facility and coordinate maintenance and repairs
• Organize events at the pool and assist with setup and teardown
• Take and record pool chemistry on a schedule and maintain a clean and organized Pool House office and storage rooms
• Work outdoors in extreme temperatures and high-traffic areas with moderate to high noise levels

Requirements:

• Current Lifeguard Instructor, CPR, and First Aid certifications
• Fluent English language skills
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Prior Lifeguarding and supervisory experience preferred
