Job Overview

Hubbell is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their Voice of Customer (VoC) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer insights and experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct customer insights interviews to develop a deep understanding of customer experiences, needs, and problems.
  • Develop problem statements, solution attributes maps, personas, and other project tracking and reporting documents.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Strong background in customer insights and experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality research and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
