Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive AV systems solutions for various clients and projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of audiovisual architectural requirements, including sightline studies, structural support, cabling pathways, power, and grounding.
  • Project Management: Manage the strategy, design, budgets, coordination, procurement, and implementation oversight of AV systems in various markets and industries.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as a client advocate for technology aspects of the project, driving and coordinating with stakeholders, architects, engineers, general contractors, and technology installation vendors.
  • Leadership: Lead the design of complex projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, project team partners, and stakeholders, utilizing excellent communication and technical skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, including structured cabling, audiovisual, and security systems, to provide innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or 10+ years of consulting and field experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in an audio/visual design/consulting/installation role, with experience in multiple disciplines a plus.
  • Certifications: CTS required, CTS-D, CTS-I, LEED, and PMP certifications a plus.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge of audiovisual systems, including design, installation, and commissioning, as well as experience with industry-specific software systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Integrity, accountability, humility, and a willingness to have fun, with excellent communication and technical skills.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Compensation: Pay range: $110,000 - $150,000, dependent on experience.
  • Excellent Benefits: Health, vacation, 401k, and other benefits for you and your loved ones.
  • Preferred Location: Miami, Tampa, or Orlando, with consideration for other locations in Florida for the right candidate.
