Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RF/Radar Systems Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing RF subsystems and systems of moderate complexity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed RF subsystem and system design studies, testing plans, and analysis of requirements into detailed performance design criteria.
  • Design and build templates to assist SMEs in providing critical system information.
  • Conduct product or system design synthesis translating requirements into physical architectures for RF subsystems and systems.
  • Analyze RF subsystem and system functionality as defined by requirements.
  • Define/refine internal and external interfaces for RF subsystems and systems.
  • Develop technical reports and diagrams detailing design description or performance as defined by requirements.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a similar related field.
  • 3+ years of experience programming in Matlab.
  • 3+ years research experience.
  • Experience leading research and development teams.
  • Demonstrated success at securing research funding.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance.
