Compensation: Starting at $17/hour

Role Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will embody our Core Values and demonstrate a positive, customer-centric approach. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritizing customer needs above all else.
  • Staying informed about current promotions and sharing this information with customers.
  • Achieving daily operational objectives as directed by store management.
  • Enhancing your knowledge of our product offerings and their applications.
  • Exhibiting strong merchandising skills.
  • Assisting with the processing of incoming shipments and maintaining a tidy and organized backroom.
  • Having a background in DIY projects, tools, plumbing, electrical work, paint, and hardware is advantageous.
Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent, or currently enrolled in school.

Skills:

  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
