Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee various projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including project initiation, contract management, compliance oversight, procurement of materials and equipment, daily progress monitoring, and adherence to safety regulations. The individual will also be responsible for approving invoices related to materials and equipment, managing timesheets, orchestrating project sequencing and scheduling, and maintaining communication with general contractors.

Compensation Package: $100,000 - $150,000 annually

Compensation may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Review and execute contracts and project scopes.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Physical capability to navigate job sites and scaffolding.
