**Job Summary**

RP3 LLC is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Technology to lead the development and deployment of digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, with expertise in design frameworks, functional backends, and user interface design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and deploy digital solutions for client partners and the agency.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of web design and development best practices.
  • Lead the implementation of headless/decoupled architecture, leveraging major frameworks such as Vue, Angular, React, and Flutter.
  • Install and manage CMS systems, including WordPress, Sanity, and Contentful.
  • Configure hosting and cloud services, including AWS (EC2 management, RDS, SSH Key management, AWS Transfer Family, automated backups, deployments, etc.).
  • Assist media partners with GA4/GTM integrations, tracking, and reporting.
  • Help internal and external teams integrate HubSpot forms and other CRM services to their websites.
  • Experience with ecommerce, donor management, and fundraising platforms, such as Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, Big Commerce, and Shopify.
  • Rigorously test sites across browsers and devices, ensuring accessibility and performance optimization.
  • Demonstrate a core understanding of web elements, taxonomies, image formats, specs, and other content considerations.
  • Help administer site security, including certificates, vulnerability scanning, security header implementation, load testing, server hardening, etc.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of related work experience.
  • A high-level thinker with the capability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Deep understanding of web design and development best practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
