Position Overview:

As a Front Desk Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for families. Your responsibilities will include welcoming families upon arrival, managing phone inquiries, and processing payment information. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, outstanding communication abilities, and proficient computer skills, along with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Your role will be crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients as they arrive and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Handle and redirect incoming phone calls.
  • Oversee the student sign-in and sign-out procedures.
  • Assist parents with necessary documentation, including consent forms and incident reports.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve minor issues, and provide accurate information.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Creole and English is required.
  • Preferred experience of two or more years in a receptionist or similar capacity.
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma.

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the ProCare System is advantageous.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Patience and understanding when interacting with students and parents.
