Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with campers daily, fostering friendships, encouraging exploration, and prioritizing their well-being.
  • Collaborate with fellow counselors and the Camp Director to create a seamless camp experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families and campers upon arrival.
  • Assist the Camp Director in developing rules and emergency procedures that ensure camper safety.
  • Participate actively in all camp activities, showcasing enthusiasm and dedication.
  • Supervise daily swim sessions, taking a proactive approach to ensure a safe environment.
  • Offer support wherever needed and lead activities as assigned by the Camp Director.

We anticipate a competitive salary of approximately $42,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
