Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronic components, wire harnesses, and install discrete devices on printed circuit boards following detailed manufacturing guidelines.
  • Contribute to the Electronics Operations department by producing reliable hardware that meets rigorous standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and deadlines.
  • Minimal travel is required, ensuring focus on local operations.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in electrical assembly or a similar manufacturing role.
  • Knowledge of electronic components, circuitry, and assembly techniques.
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Desired:

  • IPC J-STD-001 Soldering Certification.
  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies.
  • Ability to inspect and repair solder connections on various circuit boards and assemblies.
  • Experience with through-hole assembly and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) manufacturing.
