As a key member of the Smart Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in executing a brand strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion for our promotional campaigns.

With a focus on leadership and achievement, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and product development to develop a coherent brand message through events and promotions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing brand promotions and event initiatives
  • Utilizing and spearheading the usage of point-of-purchase materials, merchandising, and sales collateral
  • Recruiting and training employees for new branding programs
  • Assisting with planning weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings for the brand management team
