Job Title: Server Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Server Assistant to join our team at Master ConcessionAir. As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure a clean and organized dining area, adhering to Master ConcessionAir's high standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless food delivery and service.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Assist with expediting food from the kitchen, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
  • Participate in daily side-work tasks, including stocking, cleaning, and maintaining the dining area.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and management.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated pleasant attitude and energy to ensure great customer service.
  • Professional demeanor, appearance, and communication skills in accordance with Master ConcessionAir's guidelines.
  • Basic serving skills ability.
  • Must have working knowledge of the restaurant floor plan.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn food and beverage knowledge and participate in training as required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues regarding food and beverage orders and customer questions and concerns.
Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 lbs). A clean and organized work environment is essential for this position.
