Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team at ClubCorp. As a Server Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all table settings, including linens, silverware, and glassware, to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Reset and prepare rooms for service, ensuring that all equipment, linens, and necessary items are clean and in working order.
  • Assist service and banquet staff with tasks such as clearing and resetting tables, maintaining beverages and ice, and performing other duties as needed.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to member and guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in daily line-ups and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced indoor and outdoor environment.
