Quality Control Office Director

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to serve as our Quality Control Office Director. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of voter registration data.
Responsibilities:- Verify the quality of voter registration forms within the required turnaround time.
- Manage the in-office organization of voter registration forms, including daily data tracking, scanning, redacting, and database management.
- Prepare deliveries of paper voter registration forms to the correct Board of Elections offices and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the external Quality Control department to ensure the integrity of forms and data being uploaded, and resolve flags related to voter registration cards.
- Train staff in skills necessary for successful canvassing, including best practices for form review, phone verification, and tracking.
- Provide ongoing context and motivation for staff.
- Ensure company policies are upheld, including holding staff accountable to performance, integrity, health, safety, and professionalism standards.
- Analyze data and report trends and problems to Lead Directors, Field Directors, and Admin Directors.
- Complete administrative duties, including working with Lead Directors, Field Directors, and Admin Directors to maintain accurate reporting and data tracking.
- Infuse equity and justice principles into every aspect of the job, including staff management, orientation, and office administration.
- Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to motivate your team.
- Possesses a growth mindset, is trainable, and open to new skills.
- Extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to catch small and large errors.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel/Sheets.
- Organized, self-starter, and strong time management skills.
- Passionate about progressive issues and motivated by social change.
- Experience managing staff or volunteers.
- Trustworthy, professional, and reliable.
This is a salaried position with a range of $1250-1450/week, depending on experience. We offer benefits, including fully paid health care, vacation, and sick days.
