Job Title: Medical Director

At Cfg Health System Llc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to oversee the provision of medical services to inmate patients at our correctional facility.

Job Summary

The Medical Director will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical care to inmates, while also managing and evaluating the medical program activities to meet the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall supervision for clinical services at the assigned site
  • Manage and evaluate the medical program activities to meet company goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with subspecialists and interface with hospital providers to ensure timely and appropriate care for inmate patients
  • Provide continuous quality control of health services through education, service audits, and studies
  • Function as liaison between correctional officials, public agencies, and the company
Requirements
  • Completion of a US-based residency program
  • Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state where the facility is located
  • At least two years of public health, emergency, or family practice experience
  • Previous correctional health care experience preferred
