Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving talent management initiatives to continually improve individual and organizational effectiveness. This includes creating a work environment that enhances associate safety, relations, and productivity.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who can develop and implement strategic plans to improve performance. You will have the chance to make a significant impact on our organization by overseeing succession planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and recruiting. Your expertise in labor relations principles and effective conflict resolution will be invaluable to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement talent management strategies to improve individual and organizational performance
* Manage succession planning process for key associates
* Oversee diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a positive work culture
* Lead the recruiting process, including selection and hiring
* Serve as a member of the negotiating team to resolve grievances
* Strive to effectively solve problems for the mutual benefit of the company and its associates
* Communicate in a manner designed to minimize conflict and foster a positive relationship between management and associates

Requirements:
* 3+ years Human Resources experience
* Ability to travel independently
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
* Bachelor's Degree
* Previous HR experience in Supply Chain
* Human Resources Certification (SPHR, PHR)

Estimated Salary:
$95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience
