Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality nursing care in post-acute facilities
  • Collaborating with medical staff and residents to formulate effective care plans
  • Ensuring adherence to established resident care plans
  • Monitoring outcomes and discussing options with physicians and nursing colleagues
  • Administering and overseeing appropriate treatments and medications
  • Setting up and monitoring medical equipment

  • Collecting blood, urine, and other samples for laboratory analysis
