Traveling Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Travel Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility in Wellington, Florida. As a Travel Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Job Summary:This is a 13-week contract position with a day shift schedule, rotating weekends. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recent Registered Nurse experience and be certified in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. EMR experience is also required.
Responsibilities:- Recommend and connect patients with various programs and services
- Plan and manage patient care according to each patient's needs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the Nursing care
- Foster continuity and quality of care for the well-being of patients
- Assist in developing individualized treatment plans
- Comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines
- Participate in clinical team conferences and cohort new grad support meetings
- Completion of state-approved training program (generally in the form of a diploma, certificate, or associate degree)
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certification
- 1-2 years recent Registered nurse experience
