The Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to provide analytic support for hospital-wide initiatives, service line development, and new patient growth. As a critical business partner to Clinical Leaders, you will help drive high-quality patient experiences and service line growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and utilize reporting tools to support Clinical Operations
  • Gather data to support metrics and analytics
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment to make decisions and recommendations
  • Support data standardization processes and develop, maintain, and automate tools and systems to support Clinical department monitoring
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or another business-related field
  • 1-3 years healthcare finance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication skills, people and process/project management skills, ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, e.g., Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and with others, strong time-management skills, detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
