We are currently in search of a Hearth Sales Lead who possesses retail experience along with a solid understanding of pellet, wood, and gas stoves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage every customer with enthusiasm.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
  • Manage the daily functions of the Hearth Department, which includes assisting customers with their entire hearth appliance, venting, and accessory purchases, as well as supporting customers with their grill and accessory selections. Responsibilities also include merchandising, display organization, maintaining signage standards, ensuring department cleanliness, and monitoring stock levels.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the Hearth products offered by Coastal Farm.
  • Stay informed about all product knowledge updates and promotional offers.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee daily task lists for store associates within the Hearth Department.
  • Educate associates on systems, procedures, and product information.
  • Complete and maintain all required training sessions.
  • Accurately organize and maintain all necessary files and data entries, including contacting leads and processing service requests promptly.
  • Handle communications from various sources in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the BBQ concept center meets company standards and actively participate in grill demonstrations.
  • Assist with floor arrangements, merchandising, display upkeep, and overall store cleanliness.
