Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Land Rover Cape Fear. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including Land Rovers and other luxury brands.
  • Diagnostic Skills: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and repair complex vehicle issues.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: High school diploma or equivalent, ASE certification required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a service technician, preferably in a luxury automotive dealership.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service skills, and basic computer competencies.
